1. 서비스 소개
「카드뉴스 관리」는 스포츠·게임 카드뉴스와 영상을 만들고, 운영자가 승인한 콘텐츠를 Instagram, YouTube, TikTok 등 연결된 계정에 발행하는 웹 기반 관리 도구입니다. 일반 소비자를 대상으로 한 공개 앱이 아니며, 승인된 운영자만 로그인할 수 있습니다.
This is a web-based publishing tool that creates sports/game card news and videos, then posts approved content to connected Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts. It is a private operator console, not a consumer-facing public app.
2. TikTok에서 받는 정보
TikTok 계정을 연결하면 TikTok Login Kit / Content Posting API를 통해 아래 정보를 받습니다.
- 기본 프로필: open_id, union_id, 표시 이름, 사용자 이름, 프로필 이미지
- 접근 토큰·갱신 토큰 (영상 발행 권한 유지용)
- 발행 권한(
user.info.basic,video.publish)으로 영상을 올리는 데 필요한 상태 정보
When you connect TikTok, we receive basic profile data (open_id, union_id, display name, username, avatar), access/refresh tokens, and posting status needed to publish videos with the scopes user.info.basic and video.publish.
2-1. YouTube API 서비스 (YouTube API Services)
이 서비스는 운영자가 직접 소유·운영하는 YouTube 채널을 연결해 영상 업로드, 썸네일·자막 등록, 제목·설명·공개 범위 수정, 업로드 상태 조회에 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. Google OAuth로 운영자 본인이 승인한 범위의 접근 토큰·갱신 토큰만 받으며, 다른 사용자의 YouTube 데이터는 수집·저장·표시하지 않습니다.
- 이용 범위: 본인 채널의 영상 업로드, 썸네일 설정, 자막 등록, 영상 정보·공개 범위 수정, 상태 조회
- 토큰은 Google Firebase(Firestore)의 접근이 제한된 저장소에 보관하며, 외부에 제공하지 않습니다.
- 연결 해제 및 데이터 삭제: 운영자는 Google 보안 설정 페이지에서 이 서비스의 접근 권한을 언제든 철회할 수 있으며, 철회 후 저장된 토큰은 더 이상 사용되지 않습니다. 삭제를 원하면 운영자에게 요청해 주세요.
이 서비스를 사용함으로써 YouTube 서비스 약관(YouTube Terms of Service)에 동의한 것으로 간주되며, Google의 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)이 적용됩니다.
This service uses YouTube API Services to manage YouTube channels that the operator owns: uploading videos, setting thumbnails, uploading captions, updating titles/descriptions/privacy status, and reading upload status. We receive only the OAuth tokens the operator authorizes and do not collect, store, or display any other user’s YouTube data. Tokens are stored in access-restricted Google Firebase (Firestore) storage and are not shared with third parties. The operator can revoke access at any time via the Google security settings page; revoked tokens are no longer used. By using this service you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies.
3. 이용 목적
- 연결된 TikTok 계정을 식별하고 연결 상태를 표시
- 운영자가 승인한 영상을 해당 TikTok 계정에 발행
- 토큰을 갱신해 발행이 끊기지 않게 유지
- 발행 성공·실패를 관리 화면에 기록
광고, 마케팅, 프로필 분석, 제3자 판매에는 사용하지 않습니다.
We use TikTok data only to identify the connected account, publish operator-approved videos, refresh tokens, and show publish status. We do not use this data for ads, analytics products, or sale to third parties.
4. 보관 및 공유
정보는 Google Firebase(Firestore)에 저장되며, 운영 인프라인 Google Cloud에서만 처리됩니다. TikTok API 호출에 필요한 경우를 제외하고 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 연결을 해제하거나 토큰을 삭제하면 TikTok 관련 자격 증명을 더 이상 사용하지 않습니다.
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and processed on Google Cloud. It is not shared with other parties except as required to call TikTok APIs. Disconnecting TikTok stops further use of those credentials.
5. 그 밖의 정보
관리자 Google 로그인 이메일, 콘텐츠 초안, 발행 기록, 사이트 운영에 필요한 설정값이 함께 저장될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 서비스 운영 목적에만 쓰입니다.
We may also store the operator’s Google login email, content drafts, publish logs, and settings, solely to run the service.

For privacy requests, contact the operator of this service. You can disconnect TikTok from the settings page.
